About KK Bees

KK Bees is husband and wife team, Kevin and myself (Karen).  Kevin is the bee-keeper and does all the hard work in looking after the bees.   Kevin has always had an interest in the outdoors and countryside.   After several years as a successful amateur road cyclist, Kevin decided to channel his energies into a different past-time  His life as a beekeeper started in 2019 when he installed a hive at our allotment plot just outside Norwich.   What started as a hobby, has now grown into a thriving business.  Over the last couple of years, we have grown the number of hives and now  have 8 different sites across Norfolk, meaning our bees can make the most our beautiful county has to offer  We have regular slots at a number of markets and fairs and are proud to supply a number of local farm shops and restaurants. 

The other half of the equation is myself (Karen!).  I look after our beeswax and honey products, as well as the dreaded admin!  I have always had a a creative side (I enjoy baking and cooking!) and now love developing products to complement our honey.  I have always had an interest in natural, cruelty free products. Honey and beeswax have many beneficial properties. and are great ingredients to use in beauty and wellness products.  They are really are nature's wonder product! 
 

Of course, the hero product is our honey.  We call it liquid gold - 100% pure and natural.  It goes through a single cold-filtering process to retain all its natural goodness then straight into a jar.  

Each apiary site produces it's own unique blend.   You won't be disappointed!

We knew KK Bees would always be more than just honey and saw the potential to create a one stop shop for all things bee-related.  We are proud to have developed a range of beeswax and bee themed products. including hand balms, lip balms, bath melts, beeswax food wraps and wax melts as well as decorative items such as bee themed jewellery, bookmarks, candles and decoupage items.
