Chilli Honey

Our chilli honey is a colloboration with Jesse of Norfolk Chilli Farm.   Our honey has been infused with a blend of chillis, to ensure the perfect combination of sweetness and heat. 
 
Chilli honey is really versatile product.   Use as a glaze on chicken, ribs, pork and salmon or as part of a marinade.  Add Olive oil and cider vinegar for a salad dressing with a difference.    You could even drizzle on ice cream or use in a cocktails.   The possibilities are endless!   
 
We have 2 favour profiles: chilli honey and hot chilli honey.   

Our chilli honey has been infused with Fireflame chillis which gives a medium heat.  A great all-rounder - the sweetness of honey but with a warming heat.   
 
Our hot chilli honey gives a real kick of heat and is for serious lovers of all things chilli.  A blend of the infamous Carolina Reaper, Scotch Bonnet and Death Sprial chillis.
